Forest Schools Training in Dorset

We are running a level 3 Forest Schools training course near Broadstone in Dorest.

Dates are 22nd - 26th March 2010. Please call Dave on 0114 2855534 to book your place.

Forest Schools Practitioners Wanted

Forest School practitioners are sought to work on three Creative Partnerships programmes with early years settings in Leeds.

Creative Partnerships is a creative learning programme which works with schools to explore how creative teaching and learning can enhance their practice. The three schools and nurseries have identified that they would like to work with a Forest School practitioner to help inspire the staff and develop their skills in working outdoors with young children.

All three are great settings with existing outdoor learning spaces and in some cases, a desire to spread their wings further field. The programmes all take place between Jan - June 2010. If you are interested in seeing the project briefs please contact Annie Berrington annieberrington@btinternet.com. The deadline for applications (a 250 word expression of interest) is 26 November so if you'd like to work with young children and some forward thinking nurseries next year, please get in touch soon!
