Archimedes Training, with the help of UK Trade and Investment (UKTI), will be visiting Australia and New Zealand as part of a UK run trade mission.
Sarah and Jen will be staying in Sydney at the Park Royal, Darling Harbour Hotel 20th-25th November 2011 and would love to see anyone who is interested in Archimedes Forest Schools, Beach Schools and Outdoor learning training whilst they are there.
Archimedes Training is also currently liaising with contacts at the British Embassy in Australia who are working on their behalf to organise a timetable of meetings with key people who can help facilitate their progression into this new market. If you are based in Australia and are interested in developing, particularly Bush/Forest Schools and Beach Schools in this area then please contact jen@Archimedes-training.co.uk.
Jen will also be continuing her journey to New Zealand for a more low key scope of the market. If you are available on the afternoon of the 26th November 2011 and can get to Paekakariki (Kapiti Coast) on the North Island then please get in touch. She would be happy to meet you and chat about future Archimedes projects working with you in NZ.
It is hoped that through this mission, Archimedes will be able to identify suitable partners in Australia and New Zealand and will start running Practitioner courses in the next year.
