You must have previous accounts experience and have used Sage Line 50. Act or database experience is an advantage. Competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary, as is the ability to communicate effectively. Good organisational and customer service skills and a friendly outlook would be advantageous. Duties may include: Creating and posting sales invoices from sales and shop orders, updating purchasing systems, paying suppliers, receiving payments and allocating to sales invoices and customer accounts, maintaining records, contacting debtors. General administration in assisting the Finance Manager, typing, updating databases and filing duties.The successful candidate will work with all staff on a range of innovative projects and therefore a proven ability to work both as a team player and individually is required.
