We have been experiencing some problems with our telephones recently that our technicians are looking into.
We have had a few people contact us to say that no one is picking up the phone and it appears that instead of going to a 'busy' tone or going straight to voicemail, the caller is left ringing out for ages.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and we working hard to fix the problem.
